He can't credit himself for the success that is for sure as all of them contributed something big to the band and they would not have achieved major success without each other. Waters may have let his ego get the best of him but it is just fair to let his former band mates perform under Pink Floyd as he definitely did not have any copyright on the name. The outcome of the case he filed against his former friends became too predictable. He basically just wasted a couple of months of his life that he will probably never get back. It is just a shame since he could have saved a lot of money if he could have let it go. He probably thought he had a big chance of winning the case when in reality he did not have a chance even if his lawyer is good. He ended up wasting a lot of money on the duration of the case.
